Terms of service
Last updated September 4, 2026
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and TrackRoute, the operator of the service, reachable at [email protected]. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. We may update them as the product changes: the date at the top of this page says when we last did, the current version always lives here, and if a change materially affects you we tell you by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you can cancel and stop using the service.
What TrackRoute is, and is not
Please read this part carefully:
- TrackRoute is software for planning, managing and documenting deliveries.
- We are not a carrier, courier or shipper. We do not transport goods and we are not a party to any delivery.
- You carry out your deliveries yourself and remain responsible for your goods, drivers, vehicles and compliance with the transport, labor and tax laws that apply to your business.
Accounts
A few rules keep accounts safe:
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done through your accounts and by everyone you invite, including drivers.
- If you create an account for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.
Acceptable use
While your subscription is active we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or offer the service to third parties as your own product.
- Copy, modify or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
- Interfere with the service or probe, scan or test it without our written permission.
- Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws.
Messages and content you post
TrackRoute lets drivers and office staff message each other, and lets drivers attach photos to a delivery. You are responsible for what you send. None of the following is allowed anywhere in the service:
- Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation of any person.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans a person or group for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content. Any sexual content involving a minor is reported to the authorities.
- Content that promotes, threatens or glorifies violence, or that encourages self-harm.
- Content that promotes illegal activity or offers regulated goods for sale.
- Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
- Another person's private information, posted without their permission.
- Impersonating another person or company.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
Everyone using the service has tools for content that breaks the rules above, and we act on what is reported:
- Anyone can report a message, or the person who sent it, from inside the driver app and the web console.
- Anyone can block another person from sending them direct messages. A block is enforced by our servers, not just hidden in the app.
- We review every report and can remove content, warn the account, or suspend or close it.
- We aim to review a report within 24 hours of receiving it, and sooner where someone's safety is at risk.
- You have to accept these rules before you can send your first message.
Your data
About the data you put into TrackRoute:
- You keep ownership of everything you enter.
- You give us a limited licence to host and process it so we can run the service for you.
- You confirm the data is accurate and that you have permission to submit personal data about your clients, drivers and anyone else.
Billing, trials and renewals
How billing works:
- Every account starts with a 30 day free trial.
- After the trial the service is billed in advance as a subscription at the prices shown on the pricing page, and it renews automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the billing page: access runs to the end of the paid period and renewal stops.
- We may change prices with notice before your next renewal. Taxes are added where applicable.
Refunds
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancelling mid-period, downgrading or leaving time unused does not create a refund or credit, and partial periods are not prorated, except where the law gives you a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund that these terms cannot waive.
Availability and disclaimer
We work hard to keep the service available and keep improving it, which sometimes means brief maintenance windows. The service is provided as is and as available: to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties that are not stated in these terms, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TrackRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or interrupted business.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before that claim.
Indemnification
You agree to cover TrackRoute against third-party claims arising from your use of the service, the data you enter, your deliveries and your business operations, including our reasonable legal costs in responding.
Suspension and termination
Both sides can end the relationship:
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security threats or serious breach of these terms.
- You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
- After termination, contact [email protected] promptly if you want a copy of your data: we delete account data after a reasonable period except where the law requires us to keep it.
Intellectual property
The platform, the software and the TrackRoute brand belong to us. Using the service grants you no rights in them beyond the licence described in these terms.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] before taking any formal step: we settle things directly with customers wherever we can, and most problems turn out to be fixable in a day. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the law of the country you are in. Where that law says something different from these terms, that law wins.
